Calendar

Last updated on October 26, 2026

The Calendar gathers, day by day, all your operations already carried out (status "Done") and planned (status "Upcoming") on your apiaries, for a chronological view of the operation's activity.

On the website

The calendar is accessible from the Operations → Calendar menu. A monthly view gathers recorded interventions, with a color code per intervention type.

On the mobile app

In the Browse → Calendar tab, find the same information as a paginated list, day by day.

Calendar and to-do tasks

The calendar does not just list what has already been done: it can also show tasks planned ahead of time (for example an inspection or a treatment scheduled for a future date). These upcoming tasks also appear grouped in the To do view, which only shows what's still pending.

Subscribing to the calendar from Google Calendar or Apple Calendar

From the mobile app (Profile → Export the calendar), activate a subscription link: it can be opened directly in your phone's Calendar app, or copied and added manually in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Your upcoming and completed operations then appear next to the rest of your agenda, refreshed automatically. This link is personal — regenerate it at any time to invalidate the old one if you shared it by mistake.

How do I plan my beekeeping interventions over the year?

In beekeeping, most interventions (inspections, treatments, feeding, preparing for overwintering...) follow a seasonal rhythm: better to plan them ahead than to improvise apiary by apiary. A centralized calendar, mixing what has already been done with what's planned, prevents a scheduled intervention from being forgotten or losing track when several apiaries move at different paces. That's the role of the ApiTracer Calendar: by logging operations carried out and upcoming ones as they happen, the whole season's activity stays visible in one place, without relying on notes kept separately per apiary.
